What is a nicotine pouch?
A small pouch placed between the gum and upper lip. It contains nicotine and flavourings. GLICK is for adults who already use nicotine.
Which strength should I choose?
Light is 4 mg per pouch, Medium 10 mg and Intense 18 mg. If you are new to GLICK, start with a lower strength than you are used to.
How long does a pouch last?
Keep a pouch in for up to 30 minutes, or remove it sooner.
How should I store my cans?
Keep cans closed, in a cool dry place, out of reach of children and pets.
How do I dispose of used pouches?
Use the compartment in the lid and throw used pouches in the general waste. Never litter.
